Porto Palermo

Porto Palermo is a former submarine base in Albania, located in the Gjiri i Panorme bay. A tunnel that cutting the peninsula connects the bay with the Adriatic sea. Alongside the main tunnel others minor facilities tunnels are present.
The Porto Palermo Project involves the conversion of the naval facility into a sort of Cold War museum.
The project is strictly connected with the No Concrete Project, that aims to reuse the several militar building present in bay area.
